BACKGROUND
Founded in Brighton, Fatto a Mano is a small collection of pizzerias serving authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. They currently have three pizza places in Brighton and two in London (Kings Cross and Covent Garden).
The special team and community focused culture at Fatto a Mano underlines a reputation built on serving consistently great pizza with tasty dough, together with creative collaborations and specials. An example is the unique partnership in 2024 with three-time ‘World’s Best Pizza Chef’ Franco Pepe, as documented on Netflix, who entrusted Fatto a Mano to bring his iconic pizza ‘Margherita Sbagliata’ to their pizzerias, a testament to Fatto a Mano’s commitment to quality.

We believe Fatto a Mano delivers a best-in-class all-round service at an affordable price-point. They have a charming formula for success they have proven able to keep delivering on, whilst creatively growing and continuing to be ambitious on growth.
We were incredibly impressed with the quality of service, pizza, site design and overall experience they offer while still remaining affordable. We believe that while the restaurant environment will continue to be challenging for most operators, the experienced team continue to build strong foundations, including on ingredients, people development and a relentless focus on the pizza they serve. The team’s ability to operate at this level whilst investing long term in brand, culture and community gives us real excitement for the future.
Moving Forward…
Since Middleton investment in 2024, Fatto a Mano has continued to grow at an impressive rate organically, and has identified future sites to increase their footprint within London. The business now has 5 sites and continue to be ambitious including opening more pizzerias, without compromising on their reputation for quality pizza.
