Jeremy Middleton

Founder and CEO

Jeremy established Middleton Enterprises Ltd in 2000 as a family office focussed on helping entrepreneurs scale up SME’s. Jeremy works with the team to make new investment decisions as well as helping the existing portfolio develop winning strategies.

David has helped to develop Middleton Enterprises the past 15 years, previously working at Brewin Dolphin in Newcastle. David has led on 20+ Growth Capital and VC investments, manages our OneGym investment and supports our finance and investment teams in Newcastle and London.

Investment Director

Brett has worked at MEL for over a decade leading our listed investment strategy. As Investment Director, Brett is responsible for managing the listed portfolio, finding and investing in new businesses and managing the listed investment team. Brett also serves on the board of Middleton Enterprises.

Rachel qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011, after graduating from Newcastle University with a Degree in Accounting and Finance. Rachel joined Middleton Enterprises, having previously worked in a wide range of business, including multi-nationals, PE backed entrepreneurs, and Charities.

Investment Advisor

Andrew brings over 30 years of experience in the leisure and hospitality industry, including his roles as MD of Be at One cocktail bars, and currently at KERB Ventures. He joins us after a successful 5-year tenure at Imibiba, where he advised numerous fast-growing consumer brands. At Middleton, Andrew leverages his expertise to provide commercial due diligence and support portfolio companies on their growth journeys.
Steve Fox

Interim Finance Director

As Finance Director at Middleton Enterprises, Steve is responsible for financial compliance and statutory matters, internal reporting and forecasting and is a key contributor to commercial and strategic planning and investment. Steve is also the internal lead on tax planning.
